All of the homes in this area of Brookly are owned by doctors,lawyers and movie stars. You've obviously never been inside of a Brooklyn brownstone because they ALL have backyards ans stair cases and ceilings of majestic proportions. I was 8 years old and I remember thinking 'this is like a TV show house' Although now that I think about it, I believe The Fresh Prince was the only house that had one staircase. I wouldn't mind that it makes no sense in Friends if they didn't blatently LIE in the establishing shots. The balcony in Monicas' apartment is made of stone & they are metal in the outside shot. It makes no sense. I hate that window in the kitchen. There is also a window in the bathroom across from the door... Ross's apartment in establishing shots (Naked Fat Man's) looks nothing like the picture they show outside the window of Monicas' apartment NOTHING LIKE IT.
