Dude i am very sorry if i offended you, not my intention at all. The real reason I am agnostic is because i dont know, having studied all kinds and types of theology. I’m very encouraging to everyone to take faith in something. Faith is positive (usually). My comment was more satire than anything. Again VERY sorry. I usually try to preface statements like my previous, with how serious I am towards religious freedom and exploration. No harm intended, and I apologize very deeply. I am the minority of agnostics in the bandits, and you all have always been very supportive my views regardless if you agreed with them or not. Again Whoops, Sorry, my bad, no harm intended. It was a bad attempt to make light of those that aren’t passionate in the since that you are. Unfortunately you and I are on opposite sides of the nation where as neither one of us are surrounded many that share our own respective beliefs. that makes things that more difficult. about two months ago I bleached my hair and a gentleman offered to by my lunch because “jesus loves me.” When i tried to decline, not because i feel different, but because this man had a family of five with him at the local subway. I am very sorry, in recent studies i have joined the camp of thought that mercy is the essence of nature and through acts of mercy all things in nature benefit. Again my comments were not directed in anyway at you or those that are respectful to the beliefs of others. Sorry if that wasn’t clear, and most importantly sorry if i offended you.

Jesus is in the 818?!? AWWWWW YEEEEAAHHH!!! I’m going to totally get his Xbox live gamertag and invite him to play some Rainbox six with us!
I love you Chops. But I can see this Thread getting very ugly though. So I’m going to keep it short. All I’m going to say is that Christianity is a very positive, faith and hope based religionl, and people who try to sensationalize certain aspects of it for personal monetary gain, it makes me mad. I believe that Jesus died for my sins, and I’m not ashamed to say it.

the great thing about agnosticism is that no one expects anything of you…If a Christian is aout spoken he’s a thumper, if he’s quiet about it, then he’s not spreading the word. I love being agnostic, i hate it when idiots don’t know the difference between agnosticism and atheism…Most atheist (that i’ve met anyway) are total asshats. I’ve found that when you are a theologically smart agnostic, most people don’t push shit on you, and when they do, i like to have this convo:

me: “Do you believe in life on other planets?”
them: “yeah, sure its possible.”
M: “Did they have their own eden?”
T: “…”
M: “thats where all this started, so if they did, what if they didn’t fuck it up? Or what if it happened due to a completely different circumstance? there would be a whole different set of standards to get into heaven. and that would then lead to question the possibility of another jesus. and if there was no other jesus, then all of these ‘creations of god’ are condemned to hell, because they know nothing of christianity. then we are going to hell to because we didn’t get the word to them, we weren’t evangelical enough…THERE ARE NO MISSIONARIES ON PLUTO (and when they start sending them there i’m going to take up christianity again), and what about…”
